Our products are digital and delivered immediately. Once your download or access has begun, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right no longer applies.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll put it right — with a fix, a replacement, or a refund.

To request help, email support@sal-9000.com with your Paddle order number. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle processes any agreed refund to your original payment method.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
